You say you have a round face ....
I have some tips here suitable to round faces....
Make-up
Eyebrows:
Keep your eyebrows as straight as possible and dont let the outer corner droop,,,,,
Eye Shadow:
Apply colours in diagonal lines that slant up towards the outer corners of your eyes,,,
Blush:
Apply blush in a straight line along the cheeckbones.
Lipstick:
Create a wider, slightly narrower mouth when lining your lips
Use a highlighter (or shine gloss) along the top of the cheeckbone to create angles
Hairstyle:
Asymmetric partings and fringes look gr8
while a light, feathered style will break up the fullness of the face.
Avoid a big bubbly perm,or rounded bob that frames the face...
Hope this helped : )

Go sit down with your stylist for the hair stuff. Try going through some magazines for new styles, or try switching to straight for a while. No scissors involved there, but you'll get a whole new look. Head down the the makeup couinter at your local mall and get a free makeover. You'll be able to try lots of new stuff out and see what new ideas will work for you.

Long hair is really back in, try to get lots of layers and side bangs, like Hillary Duff or Paris Hilton.
Makeup? I always match my makeup to what I'm wearing. Try the summery colors: pinks and purples for eye shadows, shiny gloss.

You kinda sound like me. I tried blowing my hair straight and I really like it but it takes much more time. Try it. I use taupe eyebrow pencil and pink lipstick, black mascara and dark brown eyeliner. Also a little bangs on the forehead keeps your face from looking so round. Just try different things and use what looks best on yu.

Hun please not in any respect use the time period "emo glasses" ever back. otherwise someone's' going to conquer you up. yet, i'd propose you hint a line in pencil first, then persist along with your line you already made with MAC or inspite of liquid you want. That way you wont by hazard make one end choppy, or maybe as the eyeliner is dry, you may want to bathe your face to get it off, and thats demanding. also, make positive you've a tender hand.

How about you get your hair straightened, and have it cut to a little past your shoulders and have it layerred from your eyes down to past your shoulders in a very subtle way which will add volume and make you look very nice. Make-up? I have no clue!
