No. It's probably natural for you if you have warts other places as well. If you are worried, see a doctor and discuss your options. Since you say you're a virgin, you may want to wait until you're older just the same since a doctor can't do anything without your parents permission. I'm assuming that virgin boy = youth.

you can transfer warts from one part of the body to another. It's not from the masturbation itself, it's from one part of your body contacting the other. Just like a rash, it can spread.
