It sounds like unrequited love for your long distance boyfriend. Poor guy. No matter how bad you feel for the position that he is in, though, do NOT stay with him because he loves you. It has to be two-directional, or else you're setting BOTH of you up for disaster. So if you care about him, but don't actually love him, then do the nice thing, tough as it may be at first, and stop leading him on. He will recover and move on eventually, too.

It will be better for both of you in the long run, because you will both have a chance for a relationship with somebody else, where the love is shared.

Also, before you go with someone in the office, do the right thing and break it off with your current boyfriend first. Yes, you should definitely choose to be with someone that makes you happy in life! You only live once. Don't live it by staying with someone out of guilt only.

The guy in the office is making you happy, but that's because he's there. When your bf was there, wasn't he making you happy? Never throw away a relationship for another man. You do not really know what this guy is like and after the romance wears off you might not like what is left.

I think that you need to talk to your bf about how you are feeling-maybe he feels the same way. Long distance relationships are hard and about 95% of them do not work out the way they should. If you do break up with him, do it because the relationship is not right for you not because office guy is hitting all the right buttons that your long distance guy can't reach.

Good Luck!!!!

That's a lot of responsibility you're giving this guy at work. If he holds all of your happiness in his hands, then you'll end up being disappointed. Because he won't be able to keep it going. Happiness is something that needs to come from within you. You can't depend on someone else to make you happy, cause then it is only short lived. If you're BF really loves you and you really love him, then stay with your boyfriend. Sometimes being in a long distant relationship can cause a person to be lonely and needing attention.

If you don't feel the same, towards your bf, then for his sake you need to let him know so that he can move on. It's not a easy step, but it's not fair and rather selfish, on your part, to keep him when you'd rather be with someone else.

Welcome to the biggest problem with a long distance relationship, we all long to be loved and desire that immediate feedback that only someone right there with you can give. Ultimately you should choose the one who really loves you because that is what really lasts, and someone can choose to make you happy but if they can't love you in the long run then you will not only loose them but you will have also lost the one who loves you. The big question is do you really believe that you and your boyfriend in the long distance relationship are going to be able to be together or is this a case of just hanging on to someone because of your feelings for them? You have to decide what you want in life for the future in order to decide what is right for you now.

Happiness is far more important. I'd rather be happy than just pick anybody to have in my life simply because "they loved me". Being loved and loving others are two separate entities. If you are in a relationship and are not happy, then love means little when it comes to something long term. Good Luck!

You should choose someone who is making you happy, because they make you happy.Maybe more than the one that loves you. The relationship that makes you happy can grow into bigger and better things. Like love.Don't you want to be happy and loved.

You need to find someone who makes you happy and really loves you. Don't cheat on your boyfriend though. He has not done anything wrong. If you feel the need for another man, break it off with him first. It is the right thing to do.

If it makes you happy, it can't be that bad. But if it makes you happy, why the hell are you so sad?

Are you happy because you have someone far away who loves you?

Are you happy because you have found someone new?

These questions are supposed to make you more able to answer you own questions.

You know you want it! Long distance relationships are basically farses. If he loved you so much then why isn't he with you? There obviously is something more that he loves far far away from you. Go for something real and near to you. Plus it isn't cheating if you are in different area codes.

If we're talking fun and dating, go with the guy that make you happy. If you're looking for a long term relationship, go for the one who loves you truly -- he will stand by you through thick and thin, which a good-time boy will not.
