I dont recall if they cover internationally, but there are a few more places like this.

Just register your music with their guidelines and thats all you need to do.

There are some uses that require permission, but usually people can still use your song, they just have to pay you a default royalty percentage.

Thats a bascially how you publish technically. If you were looking for distribution, as most people who use the term publish in music usually are, that requires a lot more work, and even if you do everything they say to do in distribution, it all comes down to public awareness and acceptance.

Put it on CD, submit it to any and every label you can find, doesnt matter what size the label is. Most lables will worry about distribution for you, but it still helps to ask what their plans are for distribution.

You dont want to get stuck with a label that cant distribute your CD because you will never be able to use that CD or song again in most cases (unless you can buy them out).
