Do not tell your next employer that you picked your school based upon Yahoo answers!! This is a very silly question, BUT:

This question is like asking - What is the best school for biology?

There are no good answers as it depends upon what your interests are in the field. By the time you are thinking about persuing a graduate degree - you should have interests within the field and those folks you already made contact with in the field can direct/recommend you as a doctural canidate. Contact the school you received your degree from and consult your advisor. He/she should be able to give you plenty of options.

uh what's abroad for you? talk to your professors and they'll help enormously and then check the web. some have tight regs, and if you know where you want to go then the real work begins
