Robot Chicken is usually pretty good.
Other faves: Inuyasha, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Boondocks, Famiy Guy and Neon Genesis Evangelion *I havent watched Adult Swim for a while..is NGE even playing anymore*?

first of all, its robot chicken. second, the venture bros and futurama are great shows.
