I have many baseball hats that need washing, however when i have tried putting them in the dishwasher, as some suggested, they kinda came out looking like Hillary Clinton...so anyone know a way to preserve the structural integrity of these little jewels without making them look like pasta?

When you have your hats clean and they still need to be wet turn a gallon jug upside down and when most of the water has dripped off but hat is still wet spray the hats very good with Spray starch.
This is how I take care of all my husbands hats

Let them soak over night in some water and detergent, then rinse thoroughly by hand and air dry.
