The order of operations is:
Brackets
Indicies (powers)
Multiplication
Division
Addition
Subtraction
So
1+1*0+2 = 1+0+2 = 3
And
1+1*1+2 = 1+1+2 = 4
This is assuming that when you write * you mean multiply.

Brackets
Of
Division
Multiplication
Addition
Subtraction
You do things in that order so
1+1*0+2 = 1 + (1*0) + 2 = 1 + 0 + 2 = 3
and
1+1*1+2 = 1 + (1*1) + 2 = 1 + 1 + 2 = 4
