They are more than likely milia, which is hardened sebum and dead skin packed into a pore. They are hard to get rid of but, they can be banished. First, are you a teenager with bangs and uses lots of hair products and makeup? If yes, you must make sure to cleanse your face twice a day and make sure you pin your bangs back when you sleep. If no, then there are a multitude of other issues that could've brought you the problem. To get rid of milia, you will need to purchase fine lancets (available in the diabetic care aisle of the drugstore). Cleanse your face and pat dry. Hold the skin around the sore tight and angle the lancet into the pore and remove then score a tiny x where you lanced. With clean fingers wrapped in tissue extract the pore. Repeat on other sores. Don't do them all at once as this can cause redness and swelling. Use SPF when you're outside as milia are aggravated by sunlight. Good luck and let me know how things go!

It's most likely a heat rash. Make sure your bangs are not in the way. Dab them twice a day with rubbing alcohol and use an antibacterial soap like white dial

I've had this, but more localized. They are called milia. The only way to get rid of them, is go to a plastic surgeon, he will 'unroof' the milia, and twease out the 'pearl' inside. They won't come back. It doesn't hurt at all.

if you havn't gotten you period yet then the break outs may just be part of puberty, late or early. if you have bangs i suggest get rid of them because oil and dirt on the hair could clog the pores on you forehead therefore causing acne. oh, and try an exfoliating scrub

Go to a dermatologist to find out what they are for sure and then treat them based on the doctor's advice.

they can be removed by surgery, or else lazer. I'd go for lazer, becuase they don;'t leave a mark except where to heal.
