Does anyone want to keep prop 36?

I got a recorded message stating the higher ups are trying to take back prop 36 " the drug addiction law". if anyone knows of this and wants to keep it place please.............make your self heard. addiction is a illness not always a crime. keep this law in place so the courts can figure out who is who. any body out there pro or con?

Prop. 36 should be kept in place. It's been the only common-sense approach to the problem that's come along since Reagan started Diversion programs. I'm really surprised your question hasn't received responses, pro or con for 4 days. Maybe you should re-post it in a different category and see what happens. But there's a lot of people here in California that definitely need Prop. 36 kept in place.
