i used to have a little acne that bothered me. i tried every product on the market and had no luck. i saw an add for the product "proactive", on tv. tried it and now my skin looks great and very healthy. i have had no further troubles with my skin. drinking lots of water is great for the skin too. if you have very sensitive skin, as i do, you might not want to use this product. i did, but very sparingly. you can find this information by typing..."Proactive Skin Care", to get to their site information. hope this helps you..:)

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

I've had acne for the longest time and tried everything (even Proactive and dermatologist creams). Everything dried out my face and made it red and itchy and even gave me some scars from my pimples.

I started using the Mary Kay 3-in-1 Cleanser with the Acne Spot Treatment and the Moisturizer and my skin is amazing now! It's clear, but has a nice glow to it. I also use the Microdermabrasion Set which is amazing!

You can email my beauty consultant because she always has good tips on how to keep your skin clear.

Clean and clear blackhead remover has helped me alot and my face is clear, but it depends on how bad your ache is, because if it's bad then it's gonna take a little bit long for your bumps to start going away and you gotta use it every night for your ache to start going away.
