Your questions is written a little bit confusing, but since I teach accounting and business math, among others, I'll answer as best as I can.
First, profit is calculated by subtracting your cost for the camera from what you sold it at. If the original price of the camera was $1000, I'm not really sure if that's the original price the store was selling it for, or what the store bought it for.
If it's the price the store had first sold it for, then there's NO way to calculate the profit or loss because you don't know how much the store paid to obtain that camera.
And if it's the actual cost, meaning it's what the store bought it for, then the price the customer would have seen would be $1100 (1000 + another 10%). If the store then discounts it 10%, they would knock off $110 (1100 x 10% off ). In this case, the store would have LOST money because they would have paid $1000 for the camera, but sold it for $990, so they'd loose $10.

Loss, by $10. When he raised the price, it became $1100, and a 10% discount will result in a final price of $990.

Profit. The shopkeeper wouldn't take a loss; He probably paid half of what the original price was marked.

If I follow your question correctly, it's a loss.
original price $ 1,000
showned price incresed by 10% that is $100
so, total showned price is $1100
But if he gives a 10% discount on $1100. the price discount price will be $(1100 - 1100@10%) i.e $990.
he has to bear a $10 loss.

If I follow your question correctly, it's a loss.
10% of $1,000 is $100. And 10% of $1,100 is $110.
So if he gives a $110 discount on a camera priced at $1,100, he will sell it for less than the $1,000 he paid.
