I am a size 8 (uk) and 7 stone and remain that way after two children. My diet is simple. I am vegetarian - I only eat Quorn, veggies, cheese etc but not meat or fish. I never eat anything fried and oven bake or grill everything. I eat lots of pasta, pototoes, bread etc but always keep my portions small. I always buy the low fat/low calorie version of the food item where available and finally, I only have treats occasionally and keep them small - such as a fun size chocolate bar or a couple of biscuits - no more. Alcohol is once a week, and only one or two glasses. It's amazingly simple to stick to once it becomes habitual - you just need willpower.
I wish you luck!
ps - of course, if you're not a veggie like me then simply eat the meat - but cook it senisbly and eat it in moderation like everything else!

Eat healthy, as in Veggies, fruits, chicken... small portions every 1/2 hr - 1 hr
Skip sodas, try juice (100% not from concentrate) or water.
For your breakfast, try driniking fresh squeezed pink grape fruit juice may half a fruit. It tends to make you loose weight if you want to. Also steamed or boiled cabbage does the same thing.
Don't eat after 6 or 7 pm. When I get hungry, I try some cereal and milk instead of a heavy dinner. Or a few pieces of grilled chicken, or a salad with a 1/2 tsp of olive oil and lemon instead of dressing. You need to get yourself on a program and stick to it, eating small portions over a period of time and exercising helps a lot of people boost their metabolism up.
Hope this helps

The word here is diet, fad diets don't work so mark it off. No way to give you a correct answer because I don't know your histiory or even why you need or if you need to diet? You more than likely need to cut out soft drinks and extra sugar, and really a key factor here is exercise as in cardio

Eat lots of tomatoes, garlic, spinach, unheated olive oil, raw nuts like almonds, lean protein (chicken & fish), also good are blueberries, pomegranates, hard-boiled eggs, and plenty of fruits and veggies. Also drink lots of water and green tea (hot or iced)
You have to stay away from white carbs or starch like sugar, white bread, pasta, and potatoes. These mess with your energy levels and pack on pounds. It's okay to eat some whole grain foods like 12grain bread or fiber cereal. Don't eat after 8pm and try to snack throughout the day on the good foods above so you don't starve and binge on whatever is available. Also- you have to do atleast 30 min. of moderate physical exercise everyday (walk fast, ride a bike, swim) 3-4 times per week you have to exercise to get you heart rate higher and sweat for one hour ( run, bike fast) it would also be good to take a multi-vitamin everyday and fish oil and flax seed capsules are good to take, too. Get plenty of rest and avoid alcohol and cigarettes. Bottom line is, your results will be as good as your efforts. It's hard work at first, but stick to it and it will just become who you are. Good Luck!!!!!!!

Drink grape fruit juice. I know it might taste nasty but my mom replaced all of her drinks except water with it and she lost forty pounds in 4 months without exercise.

go to mypyramid.gov for a plan. All you do is enter your weight and such, and they'll tell you how much of each food group you should eat a day.
