The adressee is the person you are sending something to.
(i.e.) The Company Name
Street Address
City, State, Zip Code

Kinda like:

Parolee - Person on Parol
Detainee - Person being detained
Licensee - person getting licensed
Referee - Person referring to the rule book
Addressee - Person being addressed
