Right now my hair is in the middle of my shoulder blades. What can I do to make it grow faster? I'm going to start taking a liquid vitamin instead of a pill. Would that help any? What more can I do? Please help me!

BTW, my hair is pretty healthy right now. I don't have split ends, and it's pretty soft. I only blow dry it like once a week. I've never colored it.

I don't know that a liquid vitamin will do anything better than a normal vitamin. However, the B vitamins (B-6, B-12) help with hair growth.

Prenatal vitamins will make hair and nails grow. Just don't take them for more than two weeks at a time. Too much of a good thing is bad for you.
