When the goverment stops making pennies can we still use them?

If they stop then you'll have a year to redeem them as long as have a certain amount.

After that they will be collectors item like Beanie Babies hot for a while then worthless.

I already have so many uses for them. Rolls of pennies are great for
Holding socks in a drawer
tying to helium balloons
pitching
collecting
putting in the penny in penny out dishes in stores.
gluing to walls for decorating
remember a penny saved is a penny earned.

Its going to be rough because of business taxes. If they end usage of pennies there will have to be a deadline established for the final days.
