the voices in my head say that i'm not enough. i can never be better because i'm weird, different from other people. it says not to eat because i dont deserve to.it says i'm stupid.(actually its true)it says that i'm nothing,nobody.it says i'm not enough for my gf.and after it tells me,persuading me to suicide but i dont want because i want to continue living for my gf who loves me so much that she would also die w/o me. how do we get rid of thoughts like this?
