My Hypothyroid showed up during my pregnancy. It went away for 10 years & has returned. I'm on levothyroxine 50 mcg for the last 2 years. I'm researching this problem through reading, googling & talking with whoever crosses my path. I feel there is a correlation between adrenals & hormones effecting the thyroid. If, anyone has any info. about their own journey & what has helped, I would greatly appreciate it. I know, there are some natural alternative but I haven't tried any. thanks

Go to www.GoXanthones.com and listen to the audio link on PMS by Dr. John Edwards. He will explain how mangosteen juice and the Xanthones that it contains may help you with many health challenges. It will help you build up your immune system on a cellular and molecular level which is the basis for good health. A Super Anti-oxidant!!

To find out more info on mangosteen juice go to www.mangosteendiscovery.com. You can order this great tasting juice from that site. It's all natural, has no known side effects and is fully patented

technically levothyroxine is a homeopathic remedy. it is chemically identical to the hormone your thyroid produces, a chemist would not be able to tell the difference of whether it came from a lab or was produced in your body.

before they started synthesizing it in labs doctors used hormones extracted from animal thyroids and have done that for centuries

the levothyroxine allows you to live completely normal, hypothyroid isnt curable and the treatment works very well.

I had thyroid cancer and have been on meds for 10 yrs. I found that by taking B complex that I have been able to control my weight and deal with the fatigue and depression. Be careful of homeopathic stuff . They caused my heart to race . I hope you find something to help you, especially if you still have your gland. I don't remember how I found out about the vitamins. Good luck to you and may YOUR God bless you.

You can find an answer also in Aromatherapy, (essential oil, mother tinctures, etc.) you'll find information on the web as well as a therapist. Movement can help to most health problems, walking, swimming, Feldenkrais or Yoga could improve the thyroid function. And a good diet, I would try to get a naturopaty dietist. Hard work done only by ourselves is the only way to get what we need, good luck!
