A Muslim girl is still a girl. She will have the same urges and desires as every other person on the planet. How they go about trying to cover them up is probably the same way that many Christians do. Either way, they are still there and physical desire is a universal impulse. They are human and humans want sex, religion in that sense is just an after thought.

It all depends on the girl. Some who affiliate with Christianity will have sex with anything. Some won't even look at themselves. Being Muslim is cultural as well as religious. Just because someone claims to be Muslim doesn't mean she adheres to the religious precepts of Islam. She may not want to show any skin at all, or she may be a nymphomaniac. It all depends on the girl.
