You mean it's uploading for over 30 minutes (sorry for the correction, couldn't help it)...

Possible reasons:
1. The jpeg is a large file, try decreasing the resolution of the image.
2. Your internet connection is slow, possibly because other task are using up your bandwidth.

cause your using a dial up connection try using dsl or broadband connection if you can afford it its take only 5 minute to download a 10 MB files

It might be the problem of slow internet cnnection . or u can try once more.. otherwise get a higher internet connection.
