Um...I don't like the guy, but no.

I do think that they should be examined for some of the actions taken, especially regarding the authorization of torture, but I think you're taking this to an extreme beyond reason.

And I hate when anyone uses the great Satan thing. That's just using insults to dismiss something you disagree with. Besides, while Israel certainly has no moral high horse to ride around upon with the actions they've taken, Hammas is just as bad or worse. Personally, I've decided that all the land should be taken away from both parties and they should be sent into separate corners to "think about what they've done". I've never seen two sides of a conflict behave more like playground rivals in grade school.

Yes, he should be tried, but by Congress, except that they are a bunch of morons that are afraid of the executive power, don't they know they have all the power? Its in the fking constitution. HE should be tried, but he won't, people are too afraid of the damn government, people have to stand up for once. Instead of putting some quiestion about it on here, or even answering, do something about it. The bad thing that it is too hard to make something work in this system. What can someone do? The second amendment is for people to take guns and take the damn government down, or at least remind them of who the fock has the power here, THE PEOPLE not the government. Too bad that everything is so messed up that everyone that tries will be tried as a traitor and put to death or trated as a terrorist. People have to do something about it, second amendment, that's where it lies. The government has been making all of us too afraid, don't you think it is about time to turn the damn table around? Make them afraid of what they should be, THE PEOPLE.

I think the American people should have some dignity and ask him to step down. He can't try to rule the world like a cowboy, and cause more death to people in Iraq (Americans and Iraqis). Most of you people are missing the point, every thing in politics is ruled with $$$. There are people outside the white house and even outside the USA that influence very decision that made in there. I like our world to go 30 or 40 years back, we had no problems, every body was living happily.
What the hell happened?

Trials for war crimes, yes. I think life imprisonment in Gitmo under the same conditions as the current "detainees" would be a fitting punishment rather than execution, though. Murder is wrong, anyways..

In your dreams. He has not committed any war crimes or crimes of any other sort. Of course, in your eyes, he must be guilty of something. Thank God for President George W. Bush. Can you imagine where we would be today if Gore would have won?

His administration is certainly responsible for war crimes but of course he has protected himself and other criminals & torturers by ensuring the world court cannot touch American wrongdoers.

Suggesting he feels Americans could be found guilty in such a court.

LOL. We'll do that after the UN puts Clinton on trial for launching that illegal war in the Balkans, and then we need to put him on trial in the US for giving all the funding needed to N. Korea to build the nuke. How's that for treason.

No. His subverting the constitution and treating prisoners badly are shameful, but not comparable to the use of chemical weapons against his own people and the wholesale killing of political opponents.
