water hydrates your skin its very good, drink at least 8 glasses a day, i drink tons of spring water my complexion is real nice, i take flax seed oil pills, multi vitamins, everyday, cleanse my face every morn and nite.use a good moisturizer......

Water is a natural moisturizer which hydrates your skin from the inside out. I take Vitamin E and C which are antioxidents and I do facial exercises from Flex Effect, which is facial resistance training! Facial exercises really do work, I've being doing them for 5 years. : )

Facials suck out all of the impurities in your face and leave your skin feeling so nice. (I get one done every 4 - 5 weeks, no joke.) They can remove any blemishes in a away that won't inflame your skin.

Not much, use lotion and face pads perferable nuetragena [spelling?] viteams just take a mutlivitamin. theyre arn't really any facial excersizes but lotion gets rid of wrinkles and mostruizes

Water is great for your insides. Drink up! Water is BAD for your skin and your hair. Dries it up...
