i thought it was good, until closer to the end. they made some bad decisions, like the boy being his son. i just think itll be corny once they come out with a sequel, because the kid will keep getting older and it seems like more of a sitcom than a superhero story. then the fact that they put him in the hospital on life support. what the hell is that? its superman...he doesnt need to be in a hospital bed.

Brandon Routh played a great Superman and reminded me a lot of Christopher Reeves
Kevin Spacey played a better Lex Luthor than Gene Hackman.
Kate Bosworth was not a very good Lois Lane I thought Margot Kidder played her better.
all in all I thought the movie was very good. I thought Kevin played Lex much more ruthless like he is in the comic books.

that is meant to be a free continuation of the unique Superman sequence with Christopher Reeve. by using free continuation, I propose there have been many references that suitable this movie with the previous videos, mutually with pictures of Marlon Brando as his father Jor-El, Superman attempting to quit Lois from smoking, etc. even if it also tried to be that is own movie and they had to reinvent the timeline to make it cutting-side, and also you had to fake some issues from the originals did not take position. that is meant to take position after Superman II and ignores the activities of Superman III & IV because Lois did not have a baby in those videos. In Superman II, they slept mutually in a motel room and that could want to describe her having his toddler, yet he ended up erasing her reminiscence to make her ignore his secret id. yet when that were authentic, then we've an excellent flaw because in Superman Returns, Lois would've been like, "WTF how the hell is this your toddler????" back, some issues artwork, some issues do not. that is why that's a free continuity.
