they are smaller than the radiators and larger than the hose for the heater but about the same size . they will be attached to the compressor and go into the firewall one will sweat when the air compressor is turned on the compressor will click on and off also. if you are out of freon your compressor will not run at all and you will get warm air from your dash vents this is a safety feature sos not to burn up the compressor hope this helps

There are several....for those who do not know....freon was the brand name of a refrigerant years ago. It is called refrigerant. But you had it right. The a/c lines can be traced from the condensor (looks kind of like the radiator) to the compressor and to the dryer or maybe straight to the evaporator (in the firewall). I am pretty sure they are on the driver's side, but they may not be. They are on one of the inner fenders. Aluminum lines crimped to rubber hose by the compressor.

There are several and they are on the left side of the engine (Looking at it from the front) going into the fire wall. They will be coming out of a silver can that has what appears to be tire valve stems on it. THEY ARE NOT FOR AIR, just freon

Do you mean the freon line? I'm not trying to be rude, I just don't know which line you are referring to...
