I've used a combo of bleach and vinegar for my undershirts, but the reaction of sweat and dedorant seems to eventually turn it all yellow...

Go figure.

Take off the shirt when you start sweating. I mean, white shirts are cheap anyway; if this is happening to nicer shirts, I suggest using regular white shirts, or tank tops, or sleeveless shirts, or not being so strenuous. Switch to an anti-perspirant if all else fails; apparently those kinds of deodorants are bad for you.

Adidas advertises a deodorant that supposedly prevents yellow stains, you might try that.
