Pick any city and try a google search for city news papers. Pick issues that you find interesting and arrange them by category. DO NOT TAKE CREDIT FOR OTHER PEOPLE'S work, online periooicals are protected by what is known as copyright law. Be very careful as to what you cut and paste as these companies can and will sue to protect their work. They may not be able to sue you, but this could create a problem for your parents..... try to get them to help you, homework is a good way to spend time with them in a non-social setting and they SHOULD want to help anyways, it makes them feel good to be involved with your education. Good luck.
