Morgan Elizabeth, (I realize you had Elizabeth as a first name, but with a unisex name like Morgan, a really strong, classic feminine name for middle name will help with the boy or girl question... my sister's name is Morgan Claire.)
If your last name ends with "E" sounds, try to avoid two names that end with the same sound, or the kid will end up with a sing-song name. :( Also, try to avoid too many of the same letter, Like, Madison Marie Martin... too many Ms. Remember the kid has to live with it, and she'll be putting that name on a professional resume some day!
Also, as tempting as it is to give your child a name that's "unique" remember that some day she will have to spell it a million times for people if you don't go with the common spelling. (Highly annoying for both parties).
The best middle name is one that is also a family name. My middle name is my grandmother's name. She was a wonderful woman who is no longer with us, and I feel really special to have her name now. :)
It's best not to make a decision until you MEET the child... because more often than not, you will change your mind once you see her, and it may even be something that wasn't even on your list.
Most of all, make sure it's something YOU like!! :)

Those combinations are kinda hard. Most of the first names don't sound good with the middles you chose. But maybe Danielle Lyn, Brooke Marie, or Madison Lyn?
