I have lived in Mass, Texas, Florida, and California. I have visited many states.. covering upper west coast and mid west. I think that California, particularly Southern California has the best consistent weather. In the Summer it does get hot.. between 90-105 degress, but it is usually a dry heat. The fall is clean and crisp and around 70 degress, and in the winter it rarely drops below 60 degrees in the daytime. It is perfect! My only complaint is the lack of rain.

Idaho has remarkably comfortable weather. The winters are typically quite mild with only a few bad weeks in January, and the summers only get hot basically in July and August...but there is very low humidity, so it's not particularly uncomfortable. There are distinct spring and fall seasons that are long and wonderful.

San Diego, California claims to have the best weather in the U.S.
Which is hard to argue with....they have over 320 days of sunshine a year and the beach is close!

Either Florida, 70 degrees mainly all year, but on the other hand, hurricanes arent very comfortable, so i would say the central coast area of California, around San Francisco or Sacramento.

Depends if you like it hot or mild. Oregon is about 70 averages. Gets down to 40’s in winter and 90’s in the summer

California - Northern CA has it all, snow in the mountains, cool at the coast and hot inland. Where else can you go and be at any climate you want.
