Why do people put those HUGE spoilers on their car 'after market'? Don't they know how ridiculous they look?

You know the ones I'm talking about....the ones that don't even match the color of the car....that look like you can just pick the car up by the spoiler like a 6-pack.
Also, they are sometimes higher than the roof of the car, for crying out loud! And is it any coincidence that these usually are the same people who cut drivers off constantly and have HUGE ugly old muffler pipes coming out their a s s es? You know, the loud ones?

Questions I'd like to ask these people: Do you honestly think this is "cool"? Does it make you feel like a better person? Do you think that I can't tell you are driving a cheap-a s s Dodge Neon or Geo Metro under all that carp on your car?

Yeah on a Formula race car, those spoilers are crucial however not so much on a Neon, Civic, or Subaru. Most of these folks would have been better off investing in some plastic spinner wheel covers.

These guys just want to look like a racer when all they have the balls for is streetlight racing. There is no real use to most of the crap they put on their cars because they don't race on open tracks where aerodynamics really come into play.

Haven't you seen "The Fast and The Furious", or, as I like to call it, "The Bi and The Curious"? "Yo, my ride gotz a NOS sticker, it be worth 30 hp fo sho!" Yeah, pal, that Honda Prelude you inhertited from mom sure is a hot car.....
