The business is in Mental most of know as "Group Homes". We bascilly have a contract with some state run agencies and provide serbvices. I want to know how do you start the selling process of something like this. Any suggestions or advice or references. Would be greatly appreciated.

Place an add in your field magazine. For example I am an accountant and I am subscribed to AICPA magazine, professional magazine for CPA's. There is a classified only for the people in the field and there are listings for businesses selling and buying practices. So I guess you can do the same thing with your business.
