2-3 days prier to ovulation should be the last time you have sex. Girl sperm live longer around 72 hours and boy sperm live around 48 hours. If you time intercourse 48 - 72 before ovulation your chances go up for a girl. Also man on top is best for a girl and do not orgasm. The secretions you produce with orgasm favor the male sperm.

there's no way to up your chances of having a girl or a boy. it's all chance. i hate to say it, but there's really nothing you can do. nature will take it's course one way or the other. just prepare yourself for a girl and a boy, so you'll be happy either way!

Look into finding a Chinese fertility chart. It proved accurate for my sister and I. Good luck!
