I call just to check up on him around the same time but he dont answer the phone. And my friend told me he feels that I'm trying to rush him into a relationship. So I havent called him in two days.

The rule? There is no rule. Everyone reacts differently to different situations so there is no way anyone can tell you what will definitely be the correct answer. If you want to talk to him, call him. Keep it simple and short. Give yourself an "out". Call him on your way out the door and say something like, "Hey I'm on my way out the door. I just wanted to let you know that I am going to ***** for lunch tomorrow at 12:00 and wondered if you would like to join me?" If he says no, you know where the relationship stands and you can get off the phone quickly because you already told him you were on your way out the door. If you get the answering machine, leave the same message as above and go eat at that restaurant the next day at the time you said. If he shows up, cool. If he doesn't show up and doesn't bother to return your call later...well...maybe you should look at other options and by options I mean male friends.

well for me when i was going in a relationship i called him at night out of work. or if i didn't call him for two days he call me back all sad saying why i haven't called. so it really depends on the guy for calling now a days guys are so different from one and the others..

The phone works both ways. You call him if he doesn't answer then just wait until he calls you back. If he doesn't call you back that day then just wait until he does, but in the mean time do you. Don't wait for him.

You should still call but watch what you say and how long you stay on the phone. Some people are rushy types but they don't realize it. Discuss what you say to him with someone you trust and you will know where you are going wrong.

Oh dear.Never ever chase a boy or man.women dont do that.they do the phoning not you.treat them mean keep them keen.they dont like to be checked up on.it makes you appear desperate.take your time,be stand offish,they come running!!
