No its not unusual but it's not the most common manifestation of genetic makeup. I am one of four sisters and we are ALL different but have same parents. I am very dark haired with very fair skin and green eyes. My younger sister has light brown hair, medium skin and the deepest of brown eyes. My older sister has blonde hair very pale blue eyes and olive skin and my eldest sister has blonde hair fair skin and green eyes. Our father is an olive skinned blue eyed blonde and our mother is a fair skinned black haired and brown eyed specimen. We are all unique. I'm sure the person you speak of is just beautiful.

Not that unusual. I like girls with dark eyes and blond hair. I think it's the contrast that does it for me; I like girls with blue eyes and dark hair too.

No it isn't unusual. As a matter of fact, I also know one person with dark brown skin, black hair and the bluest eyes ever.

No, not at all. It all has to do with the genes (coloring of the mother and father and which colors are dominate). I know that brown eyes are dominate.
