My computer isnt allowing popups therefore its not allowing me to play pool why?

It's probably your browser or internet security software settings. Just temporary enable pop-up from IE. Go to tools-internet options-privacy, uncheck block pop-up. After gaming, check back.

I don't know what operating system you're running and what, if any, toolbars you have on your Internet Explorer but in general, try PRESSING AND HOLDING down the "Ctrl" key whilst you click on a link and it should allow the pop-up.
