Not enough information there... How old are you, and how old is he? Some of the people who answered this question didn't stop to think that maybe you have an older sister, and the kid she is babysitting is around your age and that you are not a pedifile >>
If that is the case, and you are not much older than him or something like that, what is the problem? will your sister get mad at you or something? Would it be ackward?

Who gets babysat at age 13? I don't know that I would want to be friends or worse dating. Half the babysitters I know are at least 13.

How old are you and how old is the kid she babysits? Just make sure if you act on it, you aren't going to get yourself in a lot of trouble down the road.
