Not dikes but straight women who wear suits and mannish shirts and sometimes even ties. It seems to be more common to see a woman in a pantsuit than in a nice dress or skirt. I just think it looks so unfemine and can't understand how a man could be attracted to someone dressed like that. Why do women want to dress like men? I mean if a man wore a dress people would stare at him, but there is really no difference.

Well if she was my girl I would be fine as long as i find her in the thigh highs or stockings and garters and her 4" heels...but for the most part she should be in skirts. So I can see her great legs.

Not all pantsuits or 'mannish shirts' look unfeminine. If you wear nice pants and a tailored shirt and accesorize properly, there's no way you can look unfeminine.

Skirts and dresses don't suit everyone. If you have a weight problem, a dress might make you look frumpy but no matter what your weight, if you wear the proper pants and shirt or jacket, you can look good.

It also depends on your type of work. Some women work in places where a dress or skirt would be viewed as inappropriate attire. Also, there are times in the office when the last thing you want is to attract attention to your femininity.

As for men being attracted... If you're attractive and you carry yourself well, you'll get hit on wearing a nuns habit!

it's just they're style of fashion...and some of it does look kinda good...occasionally. but really, men are attracted by different things different times...sometimes i'm lookin for a thick girl(not fat, thick) sometimes im lookin for a petite girl...so on so on...there are probably guys that look for girls wearing pants suits...(not me, but maybe some guys...who knows) folks like different stuff. plus...the BLUE COLLAR MOVEMENT is IN right now....not the model type girls...but the girls that look like they work and pay bills and handle their own...they're gettin awhole lot more respect as of late

Good point, check out Diane Keaton in the movie 'Manhattan'. She wore suits, ties and hats...Yet Woody Allen couldn't keep his hands off her.

Why does it matter how people choose to express their dress sense? As long as they don't cause active offence in their choices (going topless to a mosque for example would be a no-no) its nobodies business but their own

If its for her work its just fine. It limits the distraction to her male counter parts. In the casual side of life women in dresses or if its pants something in my favorite color "tight"

Maybe their office building has glass elevators?

Or maybe, just maybe, to get ahead in the corporate world they need to be bullish, stronger than men. A skirt implies that she is just a skirt...not to be reckoned with.

Women wearing men's clothing can be a bit sexy, so long as it's tastefully done, otherwise they look like a cabaret entertainer.
