LOL, Try to wriggle free the front straps, just loosen them enough to raise your arms above your head, bend over if you have to, slip your body downward using the chair to hold the jacket while you wriggle, when you get the jacket to the point you can use your hands reach over your back and pull the jacket upward,forward and over your head. good luck

you did pretty good. how did you push shift and ? at the same time? if you can do that with your nose, you should be able to get out of that jacket!!
