Although I suspect you ask the question simply to provoke ire, the answer
is easy: Nothing makes you gay except being gay.
Well, assuming you mean "Gay" to be "Homosexual" and not "Happy."
Lots of things may make you happy. LOTS of things.
Homosexuality, transgenderism, transvestitism and effeminacy are
all different phenomena. It is true that transgendered persons will
usually try to wear the clothing of the gender they prefer (thereby
making them transvestite).
It is certainly true that there are many homosexual men who are
effiminate. There are also some heterosexual men who are - so
be careful.
Dancing with wild abandon is something that most heterosexual
men tend to avoid - because Macho requires control in the United
States.
Men also tend to avoid G-strings. Of course, women do too. They
are just plain uncomfortable.
None of these things are laws - just probabilities.
