I have dated a few men that I have met on the internet, and have had good relationships with all of them. In particular, I fell in love with one man that I met. We had the same interests, enjoyed each others company and just "clicked" very well. The fact that we met on the internet had nothing to do with our relationship. If he asked me to marry him today, I wouldn't hesitate to say yes!

The most important thing is that you are careful with dating and safe. Make sure if you want to meet him, you do it in a public place and tell a friend or family member where you are going. Talk to him and see if you hit it off.... and if you do, then go for it!

You obviously have to meet the person and spend a lot of time with them. The fact that you met on the internet is really irrelevant. Different people meet under different circumstances. I know a couple (he's from SAfrica and she's from Brazil) They married and are happy together.

I'm not going to get married because to me it's a waste of time and effort and money. But what I would do is if I met a woman online and then went out with her for awhile and liked her, yes I would probably marry her. If I just talked to her online i'd be extremly suspicious and he11 no i would not marry her.

if you have met them outside of the internet to know how there are in a everyday fashion, and make sure they are just telling you a bunch of lies, then i would say there is nothing wrong with it. but you need to look at all sides of it before you marry b/c that is a big step so look at what your gettin into

No b/c a person can put up a good front on a screen and be some Charles Manson type in person I think you need to go out and meet Mr/Ms right and take it from there!

Be very cautious. I actually met my ex-husband on line and married him. But the fact with him was, he wanted to be single and not have to answer to anyone after 10 months of marriage. My suggestion, no... Do want you want to though.

I was just at a wedding where the couple met online. The groom is a childhood friend of my husbands and the bride...from outta state...they seem happy.....but none of his friends like her ( mainly because shes hateful and controlling and is almost pure evil to any female that looks in her general direction ) I dunno if it'll last....but sometimes online relationships have a way of working themselves out...who knows.

Well I would meet that person in a public place first, date and then if everything went fine, get married.
