Go to a second hand store and look at the robes. You may be able to find one that looks like a long tunic. If you aren't so lucky, find a pair of knit leggings and a long shirt, preferably a peasant shirt and a belt. Put belt over shirt. I hope you have a pair of boots, brown or black. You can probably put this ensemble together for $10 or less. Have fun and be creative. Alternatively, visit a fabric store and buy 2-3 yards of cheap earth tone fabric. Fold in half. Cut hole in middle of fold (use one of your shirts as a template). Sew up side seams up until you're about ten-15 inches from the fold. You may choose to make sleeves by using excess fabric or if you have a long sleeved shirt wear that underneath and you have an overdress. You can make it with rudimentary sewing skills (one of the first things I made without a pattern even!) and in less than 2 hours. It could easily cost you less than ten dollars. You could even make it out of an old flat sheet from the second hand store. Have fun and be creative!
