Answer by asking yourself what sort of guy are you? Can someone be sincere with you, can you in turn be sincere to someone, do you care about others. A lot of what we percieve as someone else's shortcoming is really our own deficiencies biting us on the nose.

Poor thing, there are a lot of variables to this question with little or no information.
How old are you? Women have adjusted their "bullshit" meter and are not taking any wooden nickels nowadays.
Many women are into "high" finance and if you are not in secure job they generally are hearing this when you talk, "blah, blah, blah."
Women are more independent nowadays and if you do not said anything to stimulate their minds, soul or body, you can be left at the starting gate without really knowing it.
Women are assuming roles that were for decades reserved for men, they are playing the field and not considering seriously any conern for settling into a relationship or marriage until they are ready to commit to marriage and child rearing - late 30s, early 40s.
If you are 13-18, the problem may be that there are many other fish in the sea and girls are fickle.

Give it time. You will find the right girl one day. :)
Maybe change where you go to meet girls. If you currently go to bars to meet girls, you're definitely not going to find a sincere girl. Try to meet them in other places that you like to go (ie- bookstores, the movies, supermarket, parks, concerts, etc.).
