took a preg test and it was negative. Possible conception though

It could be stress related, if your not eating properly, etc. You could be really early in the pregnancy and the HCG might now being showing up in the urine yet, too. When you ever have concerns about this type of thing, go to your ob/gyn.

Could be bleeding from an embryo implanting and it's just too early for an at-home pregnancy test to be positive. Also, it could be spotting from the site on the ovary where the egg was released regardless of whether you are pregnant.

Too early for a preg test. Could be ovulation spotting or implantation spotting.

If it is two weeks until your period you are most likely ovulating. A lot of women do this at this time. If you want to try to get pregnant now is a good time to try.
