than how i been sleeping 4 years now, but besides that what can i do to 2 stop the pain i have now

Try a massage to relive the muscle tightness. A good therapist will tell you if it is more than muscle fatigue.

A Chiropractor would be the first person I would contact. They are experts when it comes to the spine and muscle problems. They are also really good at finding what is causing the problem. I use to get really bad headaches and they have helped by getting adjusted and they also recommended a different pillow. Chiropractic really helped me!!!

you culd av knots in ur shoulders but you should go 2 an ostiopath. hope i helped = D
