Chiefs.

WHY:

The Chargers are good. Many of them have proven themselves. One person in particular hasn't. For that reason, they will lose more games this year.

The Raiders seem lost. They just throw someone else into the mix every year, hoping that they will be the difference maker in their team. Randy Moss, Warren Sapp, LaMont Jordan and now Aaron Brooks. The fact that I almost typed in Aaron Rodgers means that I completely forgot about Brooks and he is not the answer for this team.

The Broncos look solid. If they don't get the division they will get a wild card. They acquired Javon Walker, and Jake will have a field day with him.

I might regret picking them but I'll stick with...

The Chiefs are ready this year. Finally putting in LJ and Trent Green seeming to prove something before he retires is really why I chose them. Their defense improved tremendously, and they brought in Herm Edwards to help. I like their odds.

It's got to be the Broncos. I'm amazed at how little credit they are getting, they only made it to the AFC Championship last year. Then this season instead of thinking that was good enough they have added Javon Walker, a deep threat to help Plummer who had an amazing year. You can say that Plummer choked but what you people don't see is that it wasn't Plummer it was the Steelers D, they did the same thing to Manning. You watch the Broncos this year, they have everything in place for a Super Bowl Run!
1.Denver (13-3 First Round Bye)
2.Kansas City (11-5Wild Card)
3.San Diego (7-9Never should have traded Brees)
4.Raiders (1-15 Will be lucky if they win a game)

I'm going with the Chiefs. They finally are showing some promise on defense. They have some playmakers now, they just need to tackle better (I will never forget the fiasco with Tiki Barber in New York last year). Their offense is always solid, my main concern is what will happen if Trent Green gets hurt. They need some new blood at QB for sure for when the day comes that Green retires or gets hurt. Larry Johnson is a stud at RB, but they will miss their fullback, Tony Richardson, who has been there forever and is gone now. I still think they can beat out the Donkeys (ooops, Broncos) in the west.

Broncos have the most talent, but showed NO heart in the AFC championship game. If KC plays any D, they will win that division in a boat race!
