I bought those tickets for the exact locations, roundtrip, and it costed about $395 per person. I bought them maybe a month before the departure date.
I believe that the sooner you book the flight, the cheaper it'll be.

I got my tickets cheap at Southwest, but they are only that cheap if you book them a couple weeks in advance.
