Who said he's losing form.A F1 racer lost his form cannot win a F1 race.He won the U.S. GP.Schumi is a legend and before seeing my answer look at my fellow answerer who gave the numbers. There are still 7 races left and I hope Schumi will win his last season.

Because we haven't really seen battles on track between Schumi and his main rivals Kimi and Fernando when they've been in equal cars, it's hard to tell.
However, we've seen Alonso and Raikkonen beat Schumi under difficult conditions, and thats something that should be considered. However, I think it's hard to tell at the moment, but I'd say, yes, I'd still regard Michael Schumacher as the best driver in Formula 1 at this moment in time. Alonso really has to prove he can still beat Schumi in a less dominating car next season if he wants to be considered truly the best in the sport. Somehow, I think that, given equal cars, Schumi might just beat him, as he's slightly more daring and also has more experience.

u used the word form. Didn't you? Doesn't that suffice as an answer. as some1 said in cricket
Form is temporary, class is permanent.
He is the best. Need Proof. Watch the Imola Grand Prix. awesome. He has taken the engine to the limits this season. Made F1 really interesting for me once again. He is just up against a formidable engine tyre combination rather Ferrari is on a shitty tyre as of now.

I used to like Schumacher. I cried once when he lost.
Now, his dirty tricks have disgusted me. And his endless string of wins has bored me. With the 2005 season, I found a driver that I like a lot more.
Go Fernando Alonso!!!!! You really are #1!!!
