Speaking as a 6'5" person that's 170 lbs...ENJOY. Don't worry about gaining the weight. You could spend a lot of time eating high calorie foods, but that sets you up. Most thin-bodied peple seem to hit a point at which they start gaining weight. Both of my parents were tall and rail-thin, but when they hit 40 they ballooned. In 5 years, my dad put on 100 lbs.
I've given up on trying to gain, because if I get in the habit of eating to gain, I'll balloon the same way.
If you are ABSOLUTELY set on gaining, your best bet is actually a high protein diet combined with weight training. Muscle weighs more than fat, so it's better for weight gain, and the protein makes it easier to build mass along with the fact that it's healthier to eat more of than fats or carbs.

Another thing u can do is take two spoon of Honey mix it with a glass of milk and take it every morning, i m sure u will get 100% result within 15 days, but mind it never go for medicines they may help temporarily not for long terms

Alright stretch, get yourself some whey protein, take about 3 of those shakes a day and get to the gym. If you only take the protein, you will put on weight, but going to the gym will ensure that the weight is muscle, and we all know chicks dig muscle.

yup. lots of protein and working out will get you bulked up. More meat and milk. Just more food in general. I know of highschool football players that had to bulk up for college. They basically ate an extra meal before they went to bed and lifted A LOT.

Eat me. I'm a super thick chick from the South and I have more than enough assets to spare to anyone in need. However, I will it back because that's what boys want nowadays! LOL.
