I asked a similar question earlier and most people were happy with discrimination [just so long as it went against males]; so I just want to see if folks support all discrimination.

Why harder? Why not fair and equitable?

I feel that, in a divorce, I should have just as honest an opportunity to have custody of the children as she does, and not merely because she is the woman.

I don't think a 100% but maybe not as, ohh poor woman got hurt lats all run to her defense.. well ya know if people in general were raised better and with more COMMONSENSE then women wouldn't need so much bull as they do now.. I don't condone PEOPLE being STUPID... just because you grew up this way does NOT make it right quite giving stuff to your kids now so they appreciate life better and QUITE expecting stuff when they are older... In some ways the horse and buggy days had better people and values...In Some Ways...

No. Once you start giving a certain gender harsher penalties for crimes, you open up a pandora's box for harsher penalties for certain ethnicities, religious practices, etc... Justice should be blind for this reason. However, in real life women get off light compared to men simply because they are women. That's life though. Deal with it.

I believe in equal rights for women. They can open doors for men and pay for supper. You have to take the bad with the good.

I just wish they'd be better at enforcing laws in general so the rich don't get away with murder (literally and figuratively) and people would learn to be responsible for their actions.
