Water itself is virtually incompressible. Since deep sea organisms don't have any air-filled cavities that could get squashed by the high pressure, the rest of their bodies can't be squeezed by the pressure.
Scuba divers take advantage of a similar principle: when they dive, their regulators feed them air that is equalized to the same pressure as is at the depth of the water they are at. As a result, there's an equillibrium between the air and water pressure. Scuba divers need to allow air in their sinuses and ears to equalize with the outside pressure as they go deeper. However, the rest of the diver's bodies are incompressible.
Some animals, such as whales, which visit these depths (but don't live there all the time) have other adaptations, such as more flexible, cartiliginous rib cages that can collapse under pressure.

They don't. Any attempts to keep them have resulted in the fish dying. These five are on the verge of extinction due to deep sea fishing (1600 metres down),roundnose grenadier, onion-eye grenadier, blue hake, spiny eel and spinytail skate. They reach maturity around the same time as humans and reproduce slowly.

Generally it's by being mostly water themselves - the water outside doesn't do much to the water inside.... This is particularly true in the case of jellyfish, though I'm not sure how deep they would go anyway...

DOLPHINS HAVE THE ABILITY TO COLL APE AND RE INFLATE THEIR LUNGS WHEN DIVING DEEP .
MOST DEEP SEA CREATURES DO NOT VENTURE NEAR THE SURFACE SO DO NOT HAVE TO ADAPT TO DIFFERENT PRESSURES ONLY EXIST IN THE ENVIRONMENT THEY LIVE IN
