Is anybody worried about this? Do you think this situation will be resolved soon? Is anyone concerned about the severity of the situation?

It is very bad because Japan has been nuked once and will not let it happen again..They will strike first

why not? because North Korea has had nuclear weapons for years now, Kim Jung Il isn't going to randomly attack, sanctions have been placed on North Korea before, the missile capable of reaching the United States failed, some report the country may be turning away from Kim Jung Il's regime, also Japan is a very peaceful country which has received countless threats from North Korea already. No worries at all

The hand-wringing UN is completely useless. Japan would be more than justified to stage a pre-emptive strike, but that could lead to WWIII. Not a good situation.

Force will have to be used sometime I'm sure. It's amazing how in this day and age a whole country of people lets some idiot funnel all their wealth into the military and tell them what to do and think. I think the victim is the natural role for people to play.

I don't believe that the leader of North Korea would be stupid enough to actually launch a nuclear warhead. I hope that he realizes that if he did attempt to bomb the US or any other country then he would probably have every nation in the world invading his tiny little country.

im pissed japan backed off today at the request of the chinese government. NK is being lead by a crazy man who thinks he can shoot in the 30's for a18 holes of golf...a man like that doesnt need to be running a country with bombs and missiles

I'm really not worried becuase if tomorrow i'm blown up by an atom bomb, there's really nothing i could have done to stop it.

we should be prepared and worried. i'm not saying bomb the crap of North Korea. we should join forces with japan, and try to negogiate for peace like a treaty of something.
